General Audition Information

As a group, we do a musical warm-up. For the Elementary grades we sing Happy Birthday and/or Do-Re-Mi as a group first, then they sing by themselves. We often give the students a few lines to read or recite. For Middle and High school grades they will sing Do-Re-Mi and/or a song from the show (which we will teach them). This audition will also include some reading from the show and perhaps a short dance routine. If the student is called back for a 2nd audition, we will provide some music and/or dialog for them to prepare.
