The History

Bah Humbug!  Don’t miss Tom Luna as Scrooge, Marjorie Paul Shook as Mrs. Dilbert and a cast of Keys Kids in Dickens’s classic holiday tale “A Christmas Carol”.  This musical version by Nina and Earl Maudling is directed by Mimi McDonald of the Red Barn Theater, choreography by Penny Leto and Carolyn Cooper of the Coffee Mill Dance Studio, and musical direction by Nora Revelin.   This show includes all your favorite Dicken’s characters; Mr. and Mrs. Cratchit, Tiny Tim and family, Marley and the three spirits and is double cast in the usual Keys Kids tradition (Tom Luna and Marjorie Paul Shook are in all 4 performances).  Tickets are available online at keystix.com for preferred seating, Mac Arthur Music for general seating, and also at the door one hour prior to performance at Key West High School Auditorium.  The show opens Wednesday, Dec. 2nd at 7:30 and runs Friday, Dec.4th at 7:30.   Santa Claus will be at both matinees at 2:00 on Saturday, Dec.5th and Sunday, Dec.6th   so make sure you bring your children with all their Christmas wishes.   Discounted tickets available for students, families, military and Senior Citizen.
